Production Service Guide and Location Lookbook, in a few short words, describes the company itself and the conditions of shooting in Poland. The primary point of this book, however is to serve as a moodboard designed to display the vast diversity of locations for filmmaking in Poland. The photographs are hand picked and categorized to provide instant inspiration when looking for a place to shoot. The publication uses the guidelines and elements of visual identity system I designed three years ago. It includes the same rules of layout and composition, a dynamic logotype system and contrasting typefaces. The intention is to place this book within a consistent landscape of this company's corporate communication system.

What You'll Need
To recreate the design above, you will need the following resources:
First, create a new file. Go to File > New and set the Width to 4 in, Height to 6 in, and Resolution to 300 px/in.
2. How to Create Guidelines for a Photoshop Template
Now we're going to create guidelines for our pool party flyer. Press Control-R on your keyboard to show the Rulers. Then, using the Move Tool (V), click and drag from the ruler to the canvas to create a new guide. Create four guides and position each 0.25in away from the canvas.
3. How to Create the Flyer Template Border
Step 1
In this section, we're going to create the flyer border. Choose the Rectangle Tool (U), click anywhere inside the canvas to create a new rectangle shape layer, and set the Width to 1050 px and Height to 1650 px. Then, set the Fill Solid Color to No Color, Stroke Solid Color to #000000, and center this layer both vertically and horizontally on the canvas. Name this layer Border_1.
Step 2
Now select the Background layer, choose the Rectangle Tool (U), click anywhere inside the canvas to create a new rectangle shape layer, and set the Width to 1200 px and Height to 1800 px. Then, set the Fill Solid Color to No Color, Stroke Solid Color to #000000, and center this layer both vertically and horizontally on the canvas. Name this layer Border_2.
4. How to Create the Background
Step 1
In this section, we are going to create the flyer background. Select the Background layer, go to File > Place Embedded, select thephoto from the stock photo link, and click Place. Then, set the Angle to -90°, Width and Height to 58%,position the photo as shown below, and name this layer Photo.
Step 2
Now go to Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color to create a new solid color fill layer, name it Photo Tint, and choose the color #00bfff.
Step 3
Select the layer mask of the Photo Tint layer, choose the Brush Tool (B), pick a soft brush, and set the foreground color to #000000. Then, while the layer mask is selected, brush as shown below:
Step 4
Now Control-click on the Border_1 layer thumbnail to make a selection of this layer. Press Control-Shift-I on your keyboard to inverse the selection. After that, go to Edit > Fill, and set the Contents to Foreground Color, Mode to Normal, and Opacity to 100%.
Step 5
In the Properties panel, set the Density of the layer mask to 40% and change the Opacity of this layer to 50%.
Step 6
Now go to Layer > New Fill Layer > Gradient Fill to create a new gradient fill layer, name it Light Source, and use the settings below:
The left color stop has the color #66e6ff, and the right color stop has the color #ffffff.
Step 7
Position the gradient as shown below. Then, change the Opacity of this layer to 50%.
Step 8
Now choose the Rectangle Tool (U), select the Border_1 layer, and set the Stroke Solid Color to #ffffff. Then, select the Border_2 layer, and set the Stroke Solid Color to #ffffff.
5. How to Create the Flyer Template Content
Step 1
In this section, we are going to create the flyer content. Select the Border_1 layer, choose the Horizontal Type Tool (T), and set the font to Metroline, font style to Script, size to 420 px, alignment to Left, and color to #ffffff. Then, in the Character panel, set the Leading to 250 px. After that, click anywhere inside the canvas, type the text below, and position this layer with the coordinates X: 599.55 px and Y: 613.29 px.
Step 2
Right-click on this layer and choose Blending Options. Then, select and check the Drop Shadow style and use the settings below:
The color of the shadow is #337380.
Step 3
Now select the Border_1 layer, choose the Horizontal Type Tool (T), and set the font to Source Sans Pro, font style to SemiBold, font size to 75 px, alignment to Center, and color to #ffffff.
Then, click anywhere inside the canvas, type the text below, and in the Character panel, check the Superscript option for the specific letters shown below. After that, position this layer with the coordinates X: 599 px and Y: 1106.79 px.
Step 4
Select the Border_1 layer, choose the Horizontal Type Tool (T), and set the font to Source Sans Pro, font style to SemiBold, font size to 35 px, alignment to Center, and color to #ffffff.
Then, in the Character panel, check the All Caps option, and set the Leading to 19 px and Tracking to 200. After that, click anywhere inside the canvas, type the text below, and position this layer with the coordinates X: 604 px and Y: 1181.79 px.
Step 5
Now select the Border_1 layer, choose the Horizontal Type Tool (T), and set the font to Source Sans Pro, font style to Regular, font size to 100 px, alignment to Center, and color to #ffffff.
Then, in the Character panel, set the Leading to 20 px. After that, click anywhere inside the canvas, type the text below, and position this layer with the coordinates X: 599.89 px and Y: 1028.35 px.
Step 6
Press Control-J on your keyboard to duplicate this layer and drag it just above the Border_1 layer in the Layers panel.
Step 7
Now select the Border_1 layer, choose the Rectangle Tool (U), click anywhere inside the canvas to create a new rectangle shape layer, and set the Width to 1050 px and Height to 162 px. Then, set the Fill Solid Color to #e57399 and Stroke Solid Color to No Color. After that, position this layer with the coordinates X: 600 px and Y: 1449 px.
Step 8
Go to Filter > Blur > Motion Blur, and set the Angle to 0° and Distance to 400 px.
Step 9
Now Control-click on the Border_1 layer thumbnail to make a selection of this layer. Then, press Control-Shift-I on your keyboard to inverse the selection. After that, go to Layer > Layer Mask > Hide Selection to add a layer mask that hides the selected area of the layer.
Step 10
Change the Opacity of this layer to 80% and name it Banner.
Step 11
Now choose the Horizontal Type Tool (T). Set the font to Source Sans Pro, font style to Bold Italic, font size to 50 px, alignment to Center, and color to #ffffff. Then, in the Character panel, check the All Caps option and set the Leading to 49 px and Tracking to 100. After that, click anywhere inside the canvas, type the text below, and position this layer with the coordinates X: 602.5 px and Y: 1452.15 px.
Step 12
Select the Border_1 layer, choose the Horizontal Type Tool (T), and set the font to Source Sans Pro, font style to Bold, font size to 30 px, alignment to Center, and color to #ffffff.
Then, in the Character panel, check the All Caps option and set the Leading to 35 px and Tracking to 200. After that, click anywhere inside the canvas, type the text below, and position this layer with the coordinates X: 604 px and Y: 1667.28 px.
Step 13
Now Right-click on this layer and choose Blending Options. Then, select and check the Drop Shadow style and use the settings below:

Step 16
Choose the Horizontal Type Tool (T), click on the text of the current text layer to edit it, and start a new line. Then, set the font to Source Sans Pro, font style to SemiBold, font size to 25 px, alignment to Center, and color to #e57399. After that, in the Character panel, check the All Caps option, set the Leading to 35 px, and type the text below.

What Is the International Day of Persons With Disabilities?
The International Day of Persons with Disabilities was first recognized by the United Nations in 1992. The goal of this observance is to raise awareness. But this is more than simply recognizing that disabilities exist. Instead, the goal is to recognize the diversity of this global population and their rights.

Why is this so important? Consider that the World Health Organization estimates that around 15% of people across the entire globe live with a disability of some kind.
This is an incredibly diverse population, originating from a variety of different cultures, genders, socio-economic backgrounds, and more. 15% of our world is over one billion people—these are our families, our friends, and our neighbors, whether they're next door or across an ocean.
The Center of Disease Control and Prevention estimates that one in four people in the United States lives with reported disability as a part of their lives—this would be over 80 million people. In Europe, this estimate is six out of ten people. In Africa, the estimate is also around 80 million. This isn't taking into consideration the number of people who are unreported, either by choice or by other limitations.
This is our world and our people—respect and wellness enrich all of our lives. This is why recognizing this population is both important and valuable.
What Is an Invisible Disability?
So, what is an invisible disability? Well, not all disabilities are visible outwardly, initially, or in ways one might assume. For example, you might not notice someone else has chronic pain, especially if you don't know them or they didn't share this information with you.
The Invisible Disabilities Association explains that hidden or invisible disability also comes with the challenge of disbelief. Others can't see it, so they can't (or won't) understand. Misunderstandings and even insulting insinuations that one's faking or lying can be regular fears for people living with invisible illness and disability.

These are more than popular keywords. They can be a huge benefit to your workplace if implemented properly. Here's a closer look at these three words:
Awareness
Consider invisible disability awareness a good starting point. It's important to try to understand. A commitment to understanding is also a commitment to continued education. No single source is going to complete your understanding.
Remain open to the idea that you don't understand everything. There's no finite end to learning. Knowledge is continual, and applying this knowledge is an adaptive process.

The experiences, health, and wellness of others may likely vary from yours, especially if you don't live with a disability. Don't speak authoritatively for others or assume that you know what's best, even if you do empathize or have something in common.
An educated and aware perspective listens. It's okay not to understand everything—that's what learning is all about. Listening is an excellent way to learn and respond in an appropriate and respectful way. Even if your intentions are well meaning, you can end up in an offensive or destructive situation if you don't open your mind to learning and listening. It's especially important to listen to those most affected.
Sensitivity
Workplace sensitivity is all about making sure your professional environment, and everyone in it, is fair and welcoming. That's the kind of environment you'd want to work in, right? Think about it: wouldn't you want to feel welcome and accommodated? Offering this courtesy to others is not only respectful but will have a positive ripple effect in the workplace.

Here are some examples of sensitivity:
Language. Be aware of what's said in your workplace. Something that may not sound offensive to you could be demeaning or discriminatory. Remember, it's essential to look outside yourself and your own experiences. Think about others and think about the environment that you create via what you say.
Actions. Our actions can be similarly impactful. There's more to communication than words. Be mindful of your actions and how they communicate to others. Respect boundaries and acknowledge that your actions contribute to the work environment.
Policies. Are the policies in your professional environment sensitive to the needs, health, and wellness of your employees? Again, think outside of yourself and your own needs. Wouldn't you thrive in an environment where you're supported and nurtured?
Sensitivity is a wonderful investment, because recognizes the beauty of a diverse team. Creativity, different points of view, different skillsets—these things can all bring amazing talent to your business and truly contribute to its success. If your workplace only nurtures one type of wellness, then you're potentially missing out on a lot of beautiful people out there.
Accommodations
Take some time to think about what you offer your employees by way of accommodations. Consider this both broadly and in terms of diverse disabilities. Employment is often a large part of a person's life. Again, these concerns will likely apply to all your employees.
Here are some questions to ask about your business:
Are there any options available to your employees, like support or health care?
Are they taken care of?
Is there any sort of support system or resources available to your employees, if they need help or care?
Does the work environment itself nurture your employees' well-being or does it put emphasis elsewhere?

Disclosing a hidden disability can be a challenge for your employees. There may have been past circumstances that lead to embarrassment or intimidation to discuss this. There may be a fear of consequences. Work to create a welcoming environment of acceptance.
Encourage flexibility, as well. Flexibility doesn't mean a lack of responsibility or a lack of productivity. Instead, flexibility helps with things like work life balance and wellness. These are vital parts of every employee's life, regardless of their position or background.
In fact, the Harvard Business Review found that the majority of the US workforce values flexibility in the workplace. But less than half actually have it. In the same report, flexibility was even found to have an association with feeling valued versus workplace dissatisfaction.
For those living with a hidden disability, this flexibility can make a significant impact in your employee's wellness and success.
This is where Inclusion comes in. Inclusion can be defined as providing equal access to those who may not have had that access otherwise. Inclusion goes beyond one perspective and actively works to accommodate and include many perspectives—like learning variations, physical or mental disability, and more.
Appreciating a Diverse Population
People from all walks of life have hidden disabilities. From scientific fields to culinary arts, to home life, to teachers, entertainment, and more—this diverse population is involved with so many parts of our society, our cultures, and our world.
